Parental Notes

Departmental regulations require parents or guardians to provide notes to:

 -     notify the school of any change in normal routine such as going home for lunch,         

 -      leaving the school early;

 -      give permission to attend excursions, school outings, sporting events; and

 -      to explain absences due to illness, accident or for any other reason.
